Um membro do g\u00eanero Mikania (que compreende mais de 300 esp\u00e9cies neotropicais de trepadeiras), \u00e9 nativo de muitas partes do Brasil, incluindo a regi\u00e3o amaz\u00f4nica.<\/p>\n<p>O Cip\u00f3 cabeludo \u00e9 amplamente utilizado na fitoterapia brasileira e altamente considerado como um poderoso diur\u00e9tico. Seus principais usos documentados s\u00e3o para cistite, prostatite, uretrite, gota, infec\u00e7\u00f5es do trato urin\u00e1rio, muco excessivo, c\u00e1lculos biliares, pedras nos rins e para ajudar a diminuir os n\u00edveis de \u00e1cido \u00farico na urina e no sangue. \u00c9 um rem\u00e9dio natural preferido para nefrite e prostatite e \u00e9 considerado \u00fatil na remo\u00e7\u00e3o de mucosas excessivas dos tratos urin\u00e1rio e br\u00f4nquico. Ele tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 empregado como um analg\u00e9sico para neuralgia, reumatismo cr\u00f4nico e artrite e dor muscular geral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contra-indica\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Cip\u00f3 cabeludo \u00e9 usado na fitoterapia como diur\u00e9tico.
