Um seguidor da dieta ou a filosofia \u00e9 conhecido como um vegano.<\/p>\n<p>Este p\u00e3o vegano \u00e9 uma \u00f3tima dica para quem segue essa dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Muito f\u00e1cil e com poucos ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g de farinha de trigo<\/li>\n<li>1 pacote de fermento seco<\/li>\n<li>\u00be colher (de ch\u00e1) de sal<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de azeite<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de \u00f3leo de coco para untar a forma<\/li>\n<li>300 ml de \u00e1gua morna<\/li>\n<li>Semente de linha ( opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Modo de preparo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Misture todos os ingredientes e amassa bastante. Deixe descansar por meia hora.
