Conhecida tamb\u00e9m como pol\u00edgala, a planta tem propriedades medicinais muito \u00fateis para problemas respirat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<h2>Usos medicinais<\/h2>\n<p>O ch\u00e1 age como descongestionante respirat\u00f3rio e expectorante natural. Suas propriedades s\u00e3o a estimula\u00e7\u00e3o da circula\u00e7\u00e3o perif\u00e9rica, a atua\u00e7\u00e3o contra a bronquite asm\u00e1tica, contra a congest\u00e3o respirat\u00f3ria al\u00e9m de outros problemas respirat\u00f3rios. Age como diafor\u00e9tico, silagoga, em\u00e9tica e diur\u00e9tica. As causas de congest\u00e3o nasal podem ser os p\u00f3lipos nasais, infec\u00e7\u00f5es respirat\u00f3rias, sinusites, \u00e1lcool, tabaco e gripes.
